Terms and Conditions

ANASTASIA GRIKINIS

Anastasia will arrive within good time at the agreed location of wedding prep. Anastasia is responsible for providing all products and tools that will be required to carry out makeup application of agreed clients.  Anastasia will only carry out work as agreed in the trial. If the booking needs changing this must be agreed and paid for at least 48 before the event date.

The booking is an agreement between Anastasia  and the Bride, the Bride is responsible for all payments. The Bride also has a responsibility to inform Anastasia of any issues that may affect the use of products or equipment. This would include sensitivities, allergies, and medical conditions. It is up to the client to inform Anastasia of any subsequent reactions so amendments can be made before the event.

Securing the date - A non-refundable deposit of £80 is required to secure the wedding booking and this will be deducted from the final invoice. Please use your wedding date as the bank payment reference.

Payments - Payments can only be made via Bank Transfer. The final balance of the booking must be paid at least 7 days before the event date. Please use your wedding date as the payment reference.

Cancellations

If for any reason you choose or need to cancel your booking, your £80 non-refundable deposit will be retained, and you will not be liable for any further payments.
Disclaimer: In the unlikely event that Anastasia must cancel for any reason, as much notice as possible will be given and every effort will be taken to find a replacement of makeup artist If a replacement cannot be found and the balance has been paid a full refund of all monies paid will be paid to the client. (Please note. in 8 years, this has never occurred!)

Trials - Trials are booked at least 8 weeks before the event date where possible. Trials are held on Mondays and Tuesdays ,Saturday trials are subject to availability and have a surcharge of £25 which must be paid on the day. Do remember your wedding date is not secure until you have completed a booking form and paid your deposit.

Travel Costs – Travel within a 5-mile radius of Hereford city centre is included. Any excess miles will be charged at 60p per mile. Relocation of wedding prep is chargeable, if during the morning we must relocate, for example, from home to the wedding venue there will be a £25 surcharge. This charge is to cover my time and the inconvenience of packing and re-setting up my kit.

Destination weddings – Anastasia  is available for destination weddings and will quote this on an individual basis.
